Hey Chez, wise decision to get on board, you'll really love it.

Lots of good info and fantastic pics. Ute's are the Australian tradition, look forward to seeing some photo's.

Thanks Matty it looks like you have more photos of the car than i do ha ha. Its really cool to see those photos mate, thankyou. Its funny when i first built the car i was only going to cruise around in it for 6 months and then sell it to finance my other projects. But it has just been one of those cars and now if it was sold it would be like losing a limb!. Im sure you guys know what i mean.

Anyway to answer your questions yes they are standard HT-HG rims with 195 x 60 14" tyres The ute is dropped via lowering blocks built into the diff housing, and reset springs. Front is dropped spindles and stock springs with from memory 1.5 coils evacuated.

Well done on picking up the front bar you would be amazed at how many people stand in front of the car scratching their heads wondering whats different to their stocker! :?

Cheers Mate

These are just a dummy spotlight, a replica of an Appleton spotlight that were popular on Kustoms in the US in the 50's. They are still used on american police cars today. But of course they are the real deal and not just for show. Cheers
