Hi Brett. I am trying to understand the issue you describe. Any movement of the upper inner wishbone pivots relative to the rest of the suspension will change the caster and/or camber settings, impacting the handling and tyre wear. Sorry if this is obvious, or I am missing something. You might need to check the settings again after reassembly.
