Gave the tub a tub n an Aqua blast today - dang this thing is in good nick
Found the keys - they are so cool

well slow progress this week - got bloody shingles
Honestly feels like been worked over with cricket bat
but Ive been making slow progress
weather look ahead is crap for the next week will slow the paining down a bit
Up shot is it good weather to weld n try out my new welder
pS Blackly I have subframe pattern for you - i can transfer to Jam board n post if ya want

hey Greg I've had it twice once way back in 1994 when I was in the states for 9 months and the second time a year or so ago, apparently it is from coming into contact with someone that has the chicken pox virous, if you have had it as a child it doesn't actually leave your body and can be triggered.

Yes I looked it up, that's shitty.

I don't recall ever having chicken pox, however i do remember getting the jabs when i was young, that may not have been for the pox though.

Does anyone know if you can get vaccinated against shingles ?

When I retired Gaz, I suddenly got two squamous cell carcinomas had to be cut out one after another. Go figure. Rest up and get well soon mate.

Yeah Doc said I didn’t get it from anyone-its just been dormant in the bod n decided come for a visit

Greg - you are correct stress or physical stress can trigger it

Ive been getting work from Physio on my rotor cuff n been lifting more than I should Image

upshot I re sorted all the wagon parts containers and got the wheels on it

Its off to a mates workshop to get headers n pipes

Got my build papers extension to day - hopefully the last time ImageImage
