Finally back driving after 30 years hiding in a shed

Post by BAT 62 »

Hi , have been chipping away at this old girl for a year or so , a young 18 year old girl bought it in central vic and with her dad started to do some work on it stripped out the interior pulled brakes apart and dad passed away 30 odd years later I was lucky enough to buy it from her , have been chipping away at it and finally got it on the road replaced all the usual stuff ,it's 149 but disc front ,diff was screaming so now got a lj housing 278 centre , really good rust wise some bubbling in doors and rear quarters but really good elsewhere , an pretty appy how it's come together and the previous owner is comin over from tassie soon to take it for a drive 😎😎

Looks great! Car sits nice, lowered a little with some wide stock rims. A couple of extra cubic inches with a 149 red doesn’t go astray either.

Regards
Stephen
