Re: LS1EK
Just a few random shots. Only the front suspension to come out but I need to drill
the locating holes for the steering shaft grub screws before I remove it.

I just looked at the link Blacky I would assume with the front mounted rack the kit would be the best way to install a sway bar.
I just had a look at the CRS independent front end and they say you must use a HR Sway Bar, the photo looks like they have 2 posts that the sway bar would fit onto.

Re: LS1EK
So I have a sway bar sitting in the shed for the front suspension. Thanks for the input gents. I just need to fabricate some mounts to set it up.
Engine almost ready to head to the machine shop. Will be looking to increase the engine from 5.3 to 5.7, just do not tell the engineer.
Underside more or less sorted , I just need a couple of days to strip it and hit it with some primer.

Re: LS1EK
Well today was a case of going backwards to go forwards. I have been stuffing around with a section of the floor which had oil canning in it for ages. It was giving me the shits, I shrunk it and then it had highs and lows. Hammer and dollied it then it oil canned again.I was going around in circles and it just got worse.
I could had left it as once it was sounded dreaded ect no one would know, well except me. It would had haunted me if I did not fix it. So I bit the bullet and cut the whole section out and redid it, 5 hours latter fixed.
All in all that is all fab work done, no more welding just cleaning up now and mounting of a few items like the overflow tank for the radiator.
Next step is to prepare for expoxy…..
