Well done sir.
Reminds me of the old stories of Bathurst, where the works teams would "borrow" parts from the general public paddock parking to keep the racers going.
Cheers,
Harv
Thats how my wife and I got together, I was walking through the crowd at the speedway between heats as my car had shredded a fanbelt and I was hoping to borrow one for the night - I had given up and was at the bar about to buy a beer when she ran up to me with a fanbelt in her hand
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

Hey Blacky,
If you don’t get the Rattler going and don’t want to risk the smoky ute you are welcome to use my 60Special. I think I owe you one.
See you at the meeting tomorrow.
Trevor
Thanks for the offer Trev but the old tart still goes OK , just need to keep the oil up to it - it’s only been like this for about a year- I probably should do something about fixing it
