Inner sill finally on. A few welds and a bit of tin inside the cab to complete once it's back on the rotisserie.

I'm not sure why, but this one has been a real struggle.
Hopefully the outer will go on a bit easier.Image

Great shot Brett. The bottom A pillars to sill on both sides of mine were so rusted and as I rebuilt them in-situ I didn't consider that the curved section of the A pillar continued to the lower edge of the sill. I'd be missing that 'internal' bit now... Oops. Your shot puts it all into perspective!

Keep up the great work

Yes but you got to deal with that bottom quarter access issue instead

Bit of sill action. Not perfect but should be neat and strong enough. Sills are hard work and second only in frustration rating to sedan doglegs for me.ImageImage

Good stuff. They're only noticeable on a hoist. That's my coping strategy.

You must have a lot of drivers doors if you have to number them. Heh, heh...

I have 6 ute doors and 2 utes so only a modest surplus. Maybe this door was off a country racer🤗.
I'm going to paint these sills black, a contrast to the Electra Blue body so they will stand out a bit. Gaps are good so will be fine.
Floor panel is 10mm away from sill lip so that will require a fix😒.
