Self regulated Bosch alternator to hang off those frisky grey ponies Clay. 50 glorious amps. Headlights on high beam will suck up 12.5 of them, so will do it easy. The sealed beam lights and alternator and EK dash trim and instrument panel and new seat belts are my only serious deviations from original. Have kept all the original bits in case a purist comes along.

. . . I thought the instrument panel didn't look quite right, but couldn't put my finger on it.

He he. The FB instrument panels and aluminium dash trim are less decorative than EKs in my opinion. That's the only bit of EK that's better though.😀

Yeah forgot that one Blacky. I have one of those on Wilma to be fair to our cosmetically disadvantaged EK mates.

Oh yeah, what about interior trim? I like the FB fleck but EK vinyl and cut wins hands down IMHO.

Clay, of all the people to take the bait😀. My keeper is going to be an EK ute.......although the plenum air grill thing is no where near as nice as the FB one.....

They are eventually going to end up on the fancy ute, but while Wilma is on the road she can borrow them😀
