The blokes at Burt Brothers were discussing similar Wilwood masters with me the other day. They reckon no booster needed either, as the master puts out some incredible pressure with little pedal effort. I assume they have a small piston diameter to get the pressure, long pushrod travel to deliver the same volume to the caliper and a rejigged pedal geometry to get the same pedal travel for the increased pushrod travel.

Cheers,

Shed find ute

Bit of inspiration from the spanned day
Tidying up the last few rust repairs needs final sand a tap
Install remaining seatbelt and satin clear the dash then fit windscreen and roof lining

Bit of a trim for the radiator, could squeezed it in but don’t want it to rub
Will blend some 1/4 plate into the subframe for the lower mounts

I love this little body saw, 1/4 hole and off you go, little linishing grinders are handy also Image

My tight arse tip with the powerfile/grinder. Buy normal belt sander belts and cut them to size with a Stanley knife. I’ve cut some as small as 10mm to get into tight spaces.
