Belt tracking is flawless and no touching water pump pulley - if you could imagine a fat man dancing naked round a fire that’s how I’m feeling right now - sorry for the eye burn
It's showing vacuum at idle (that's normal), then decreasing vacuum under load (that's normal too). It should go above zero though, and into boost, once the revs come up.
Could be the gauge is stuffed, or it's plumbed upstream of the supercharger. Needs to be plumbed between the huffer and the cylinder head.

327 Chev EK wagon, original EK ute for Number 1 Daughter, an FB sedan meth monster project and a BB/MD grey motored FED.

It’s coming off back of the manifold - Fred seams to think it’s ok and will go positive under load - still bedding veins in also so it should improve with use - it needs tuning also

I actually broke your gauge fitting it - housing just crumbled so this is a Garrett brand new
