In the USA in 1934 from what we can find out only 12 were made in the cabriolet
Everything is steel body guards etc and was a special order right hand drive exported to England from USA with all the special excessory' fitted that Auburn produced at the time
The owner then moved to Australia and brought the car with him where it's been since
Dad recently had a visit from 2 guys in there 90's who new all the history on the car as they new the original owner they informed him that the front gaurd was bent due to it hitting a bread cart on a road in Sydney in the 50's
Along with some other cool info and story's was great to get some history on a car that no one new much about
