steve, easy way would be repair the body, drop the bolt ons and replace them. Im willing to help with the paint over, but it may be xmas time before i get around to it due to my own ek and a few other mates cars.

Dont wreck it if its really saveable, have a heart.

Cheers.

steve mate if you not in a rush well im up for a challenge.

Buy the parts and stuff we need, and maybe we can come to some arrangement, i think with a bit of tlc, a fresh coat of paint and some new panels your fb will be as good as new.

But for now, find a dry space for her and keep her out of the elements.

Hi Ben,
I absolutely hate to see anything GTG ............

I am almost of the opinion that this one may be the - it's hard to even type, first!

Aha - I have the solution to both our problems............

Axe handles and heads - to keep this car, just take the body from the wheels, tail-lights and windows, all you need to do is replace the body................there you go, wasn't hard was it. We've saved another one folk!

your thoughts,
frats,
Rosco

Hi Guys, had another good look at the Sedan with MiniFC (Mark). Have decided to scrap the car, it's just too far gone! Bummer.

As you guys know i looked at it with Steve the other day. There is a bit more rust than "just" the bolt on Panels. My way of looking at it is why spend 20k fixing it up when you can buy them for 10 to 15k done for you?? And you get someone else who has already done the hard work for you..... Cheers Mark
