Replacing broken 1/4 window vent levers

Post by paperboy »

Hi,
Both my 1/4 inch vented window levers have snapped off from the window frames. So the car isn't very secure at the moment, vented windows can be just pushed open. Do I have to replace the whole 1/4 inch window assembly to fix this or is there a way of refitting the levers with new studs maybe.
Thank you
Geoff

I was able to 'glue' the stud back on to the quarter window frame using a 'liquid steel' glue. I'll see if I can find the brand.
