Here are a few pictures of my FC. It took six years to do - I did it myself - except for paint, trim and engine internals and of course chrome - a little bit each weekend - I guess you all know the game.
It was in OK shape when I got it - rust in the usual places but not bad overall
It has FB EK front seat surrounds!
It has a 179 with the grey 3 speed gearbox and EH front and rear ends - diff is 3.55
FE /FC guys
Just out of quriosity the number plate surround did it come out FE or FC and was it front and back as I have seen them on some FE/FC and not on others or is it that they are hard to come by

That is one very tidy set of wheels. What is that I see lurking in the background another one awaiting your handy work?

I have another FC ute - you'll see the reflection in the boot of the first picture.
The ute in primer is a project in waiting. At this stage it will have a 186 - triple SU's, 4 speed, HR disc brake front end with CRS 2" lowered spindles, quad headlight (International truck) front guards, EJ rear tail lights (vertical not horizontal) - painted pearl white with an all red interior and perhaps a FB or EK dash?
