As far as I know they are.

same I think so but something makes me think there could be a slight difference in the filler neck, if there is it's nothing that can't be fixed by cutting the neck and fitting a rubber hose joiner, I'm sure I had to do this once but not 100% sure

Yeh Mick you are right the filler neck shape is a little different but will work
Where were you in '62???
