All in all though it's not in to bad a shape, getting diamond blasted in a couple of weeks, so all will be revealed :esurprised:

Your floor pan repairs look abit similar to the ones on my wagon, maybe the same guy haha.

What are your plans for the car?? Restore or custom?

Where abouts in mandurah are you? I'm just in silver sands.

Yeah it's not the best job I've seen, nothing that can't be fixed though. The rest of the car is in very good nick.

I'll be sticking to a mostly original theme, with some subtle modifications along the way. The brakes and diff will get an upgrade but keeping the original grey and gearbox, paint will be original from that year but not sure what the colour and trim is of the car as the ID plate has been ground off for some reason. I can't seem to find a chassis number either and the car came unregistered and no transfer papers from the previous 2 owners, so may run into a few issues come registration time. Hopefully nothing that can't be sorted.

Used to live over in San Remo but just a built a house in Seascapes so definitely keeping busy

I'd be sorting the id plate issue out before spending any cash on it, may be a waste of effort and cash.

The only number I can find is on the the left hand side of the engine bay - FB 7731P. Really not sure what that is referring to, is that a chassis number?

Any suggestions ?? as Trev says, with no ID tag's it could become an issue

Think a phone call to the licensing dept on Monday is on the cards

Hopefully not to much of a hassle with the ID issue, but probably best to find out before you invest to much hard earned into it.

Will have to come check it out if you get to the stage of fixing those floor pans, see how you go about it before I tackle mine.
