Re: FJ visor Mk2
Thanks for the input guys
I have now got one of the pictures up as my screen saver at work but my wife Vicki just said something quite profound to me (and she knows me better than myself at times) Vicki said "Why are you trying to convince yourself to like it?"
And she has been with me through plenty of modified cars/bikes etc so she does know how I think.

Re: FJ visor Mk2
I love it, has a bit of a bomb lowrider vibe to it.

Re: FJ visor Mk2
My 2cents worth..
I love the visor now that it's a bit lower...it (as has been stated) follows the roof line
better than the MK1 version
.
That said it needs the visor (this is my persional oppinion only here..) as because the extra rake of the windscreen you loose the 'foward moving' angle needed for custom 'older' cars.. without it, the side-on profile of the ute looks too slanted back to the eye. As the headlights to bumper are slightly tilted forward so should the roof line follow for the asthetic side on view. This is very hard to explain in type..sorry..
My EK suffers exactly the same without a visor..but that said, feel free to do as you please....after all it's YOUR car, this is just what I think.... & that doesn't amount to a hill of beans!!
Scotty.
