Is he still around? I'd like to know a bit more about it. Or if anyone has pictures of it? There is a lot of hidden gems I have been uncovering, was going to be a rego and drive job, but i'm getting too picky, also when we unloaded it being that low we ripped the tie rods out and buggered the brake lines, then before we realised they were gone, reversed it into the neighbors car.

Apparently the previous owners shed fell on top of the old girl, hence the roof and guard repairs underway. This is my first project car, so any advice is appreciated, at the moment i'm purely learning from my own mistakes haha. Trust me there's been plenty of them.

Welcome Michael looks like your well on your way! One bit of advice I can give you is have a clear idea of what you want to do and stick to it. It will cost you if you keep changing your mind as you go along and rework stuff. That and have fun!

Legend Rob! definately didn't pay $6000 for it though :ewink:

Devilrod, i'm not sure about listing my plans as of yet, don't want to hurt some peoples feelings on here (not returning to stock). haha, also as per the for sale listing, i will try and take photos of that 4" lowering job. Not sure how long the u-bolts would have lasted.

Cheers Footy.

hey footy - looks like you have abit of a project on your hands - should keep you busy anyways.
this was for sale when i was looking for one - if you do some digging around on here you should be able to find a few old posts on it...
im on the sunny coast too - will have to catch up one day so can check it out - see if those cruisin skirts are fitted the same way i fitted mine.
