Bit hard to know what you're looking at.
There's a grommet for the heater hoses just below (and slightly off to the side) of the wiper motor.

I thought the wiring clips fitted to the plenum screws.

Ooops - there
is a picture. Just took a while to load & didn't see it.
The one on the left is for the choke cable. I'll get back to you on the other. Never noticed it before.

Mine left side has the choke cable and wires for the electric wiper motor running into it
The right one had a rubber grommet..All I can figure...

I recon the one on the right is for a heater tap cable.
Thats why its got a block off along with the heater blocked off

Yeah, that's what I thought, but I'm pretty sure I've seen pics of EK's that have the hole. Maybe it's one of those carry-over things
but my Cameo is an early build and doesn't have a hole there.
