mich the hindges work ok but i also needed to trim the rear edge of bonnet as it rotates on a different axis when opening that caused it to catch.
if i was doing another i would spend the $$ on a smaller booster and avoid all the work on hinges and bonnet, did consider those 8" units on ebay there around $250 chromed with master cyclinder and may even change to one of them down the road to add a little bling under the hood ..but that means i need to find another bonnet if i choice to change back to orginal hindges ..

most likely wont bother as i have the 41 chev trucks waiting for there turn :-)

thanks dave for your advice i was talking to an engineer about a gemini booster and he was not impressed and wanted one out of a simmar size car other wise he wants a brake test $$$$$$
I'll give hoopers a call and find an engineer who's done an old holden i hear Athol Mullen has passed rods so i'll try him as i've been looking at the new 7'' units, will the 8'' units fit

hi mich, not sure about the 8" unit but the should fit i used a vn unit simply because i had it but the vr unit are a but smaller and should keep engineer happy
some guys fit there booster into the clutch spot and modify the pedel to suit, depends if your running a manual or auto, my mate eh has it fitted that way and allows for normal hindges , so that could be a better option ,, as for brake test im sure that have to be performed regardless of brake mods there just a fact of life , i think hopper recomend a nissan master with a remote booster ..
