Finished off some small jobs on the fb and it is now in the very capable hands of Tony at Classic Olden having the 28 spline LSD fitted.

Once I get it back I will take it to have the 3" exhaust and custom dump pipe fabricated.

Not long now guys!!!

Still need to finalise the hidden wiring, install the new fuel system, B&M shifter, Lokar accelerator setup and new pedals, MSD 6AL 2 and some mooneyes goodies.

But at this rate, I should be done in a couple of months - just in time for the cruising season

Its the little things that take the most time.

Looks good and if you tune it right will scare most modern cars.

Look forward to seeing it go.

What type of lokar pedal are you using? will be keen to see what you do coz my current pedal is shite and am looking at using one of those...

The hoist is pretty much free for whenever you need it too man

VN 28 spline L.S.D diff conversion is complete!

The car will be towed back tomorrow, and then it will go in to have a custom stainless 3" exhaust and dump pipe fabricated.

I am really missing driving this thing. The weather in Perth has been awesome lately and I don't have anything cool to drive :(

You really don't have to do a thing but it would be a shame to miss cruising in this for the summer  .

How long has that motor been sitting in the garden? Theres a snail still stuck to it and i think you accidentaly painted over it in silver. Silly bugger

Battery cable is through to the boot, trans cooler is mounted, MSD 6AL2 is mounted. :D

TO Do:

1. finish fuel system: mount fuel cell, connect to Holley blue and fuel line. Then connect underbonnet fuel system to carbs.
2. install turbo/inlet/exhaust manifolds and seal with new gaskets
3. hook up electronic ignition and set timing
4. install B&M shifter
5. mount battery in boot
6. install new carpet
7. finish off hidden wiring for front lights

It is getting really close!

Saw a really cool bunch of old cars cruising yesterday and they inspired me to get back into the FB. Lack of motivation is gone!

I will get some pics up over the next few days 8)
