Keep it ON the road and enjoy it for what it is, and don't ever let a bunch of mates loose on the ute unless they really know their stuff and aren't using it as an excuse for a piss up as you'll have butchered sh!t everywhere and won't have a clue where everything came from, and they probably won't remember !!!

I agree with everyone here so far!

To me that ute looks absolutely mint (besides the rust) if it were mine I would fix the small amount of rust we can see and drive the wheels off it. Seems a shame to pull it right down just because of a couple of spots of rust.
