When I got the nash I was trying to work out how to get rid of the weird rear end and run a vee eight.
I couldnt believe my eyes when I got under a customers 64 classic and realised they had exactly the same rear end. I even think it will bolt straight in. Imagine two cars thirteen years apart and sharing the same set up today.

You'd sort of pass that wagon off as late 60's or early 70's, not a '63 model; . Looks way ahead of it's time. Compared to the Holden's of the day, anyway

The wagon is in brilliant nick  Has it been restored, or has it just survived?

Is it an Ambassador ? I scored a dash cluster out of one at Pomona when I was in the US , dont know what I'm going top do with it but it looks pretty cool 8)
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

My nash is a statesman. They have the same cool dash in the. I've got a spare one also. Would look awsome in a rod or race car.

thanks , the rambler has had one repaint atleast 12years ago, but its not restored, it has it share of paint chips , but no rust thankfully :esmile: its a very clean unit it has been looked after by the last owner really well, i have gone over it when i bought it as it had been in storage unused for years , cut and buff , found sum "holden " ventians to fit it :o ..., just put sum nos "stailnless vent shades on it and curb feelers ..the ek bird was already on it when i got the car it kinda suits it :D

drive safely this chrissie :)
