Having difficulty fitting them at front however supaglue is helping as a temporary solution. It also makes a terrible noise cornering. Any advice would be appreciated......

Hey Jeff, your problem is that you are using superglue to fix them in place
. This doesn't allow the spats to "give" when cornering.
My advise would be to attach them to the guard with springs, this will allow the spats to move out from the guard with the wheel and then reposition themselves when straightening up. Make sure to put plenty of grease on the outside of the tyre so it rubs against the spat without making so much noise.
