I am more then willing to promote your father's outstanding work on my vehicle in pictures, on a website; when the vehicle is finished.
I recall discussing with you how I wanted to keep this project off the net.
If you felt the need to promote the business using my vehicle common courtesy would be to contact me and ask so we could determine where and when is appropriate as there could be reasons further then what you see that I do not want pictures of my car on the net.

On a separate note, comments like "it's just the EK" does not help the image of your fathers business that you are trying to promote. You did it so take responsibility, don't say things like "take it up with my Dad".

Paul (Boz race engines) is a very knowledgable man and does top quality work at a very fair price. I would recommend his services to everyone.

Giving the guys who are doing the repairs and paint on your car a hard time in public may not be the wisest thing to do, sort like giving a tattooist cheek when he's halfway through tattooing you

I understand you wanting to keep the rebuild under wraps until you were ready, but now its out in the open just move on mate. We are none the wiser about colour and style that you are doing it e.g. Tasmans/nostalgia or 18"rims on airbags.

Just good to hear of another old Holden being redone and kept on the street where we can all enjoy it.

J you say you dont want it on the net, yet you have a build thread on facebook with pics. whats the difference ??? and as for mike saying its only the EK! he is only joking. we treat all of our customers cars with the upmost respect. and we havent put any pics or details up at all, so dont get your knickers in a knot. i dont think telling people on this forum a load of crap is a very respectfull way of keeping it under wraps either. your starting to sound like your mate josh. lol im not into bullshit mate. i say grow up and get on with it.

Facebook is locked to the people who I chose to be friends with whereas this is a public forum where people can see what kind of money I am spending on the vehicle.

You do treat my car with care and respect, I remember getting it back from other places where there is oil on the roof and bonnet from other cars. Hence why I keep bringing it back to you.

The point is it wasn't Mike's place to be announcing what is being done to the vehicle and I would have appreciated if he asked me if I wanted it posted on this forum or any other.

He's only sticking up for himself HPaddict. I'd be a fairly pissed myself if someone who I am paying good money to announced they found heaps of "rust & bog" in my car, on an open forum. Especially after he has specifically asked not to have anything about it posted.
