What Exhaust manifold / carbies?

Hi, I am building a hot red 6 auto with an XU-1 cam not sure what carby or carbies I will be using at this stage but just interested to hear any opinions on what exhaust manifold and pipe size would be best to give a nice deep note, well as deep as a 6 can anyway, I was told extractors might be a higher tone and maybe I should run the two piece manifolds like the monaro and XU-1, any feedback with your opinions would be great, even if you have opinions on carbies I would love to here that as well,,,, carbies I have a twin X2 setup, needs carbies reconed, also have a 350 holley, but have been told a 4b 465 holley is a great carby to use, the head will be worked to XU-1 specs
