Stripping down front crossmember in February 2010...

one side...

the other side...I removed the shock and used threaded rod to compress the spring and get some tension off...

stripping and de-rusting door hinges in Oct and November 2010...

mix some of this...

with water, make sure your electodes are wired up right and turn the battery charger on...

and throw in a dab of elbow grease...gets you this...

A cheap but slow way of cleaning and derusting parts if you dont have access to sand blasting. 8)

November 2010...after a good soak in a kero bath, elbow grease and electrolysis I ended up with this...

these sorts of car parts will never be made again...it's art... 8)
