My engine builder put a 180 degree thermostat in my grey. I said I thought that was on the warm side, but he said "let's just see how it goes first".fb cruzn wrote:hey sam, i have a 180 thermostat in my grey, always sits on 180, even in summer 40 degrees heat, all standard cooling system.
when i put my new head on i put a 160 in it because thats what the book said, it kept over heating, so the 180 back in, all good.
