FB EK Dash knob Bezels set

:?:
Fellow restorers has anyone used the DASH KNOB kit of Ign, Light, choke & Wiper bezels set that always appear on E-bay.
Do they fit and is the quality decent?

Put a set in my ute - they are pretty good quality , I cant tell the difference but then again I didn't look all that hard either.
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

deliverd today, they're great, perfect in every way.
i bought them with the intention of recolouring them to match the painted guages but they're so bloody good that am concerned i'll stuff up the great finish. i'll post up a few pics tonigth for anyone intersted in what the reproductions look like close up.

i have seen a few forum members repaint theirs, can anyone pls let me know if i remove the backing black colour with oven cleaner as per the guages lens, will the chrome paint of the inside ring also come off or is this an acrylic encased piece of metal?

My guess is you'll probably end up removing it if not careful. Probably just paint.

Feel under the dash on the bottom of the switch there is a button that you have to press and hold to pull the nob and shaft out of the dash.
