I bought a crap video movie made in Melb in the 1970's called Queensland Dreaming.
It has an EK on the front cover and it is in the last scene of the movie!

You blokes are totally pucked with zero taste and no credibility.

Stone is the second greatest Orstraylyun movie ever made, eclipsed only by "The FJ Holden"

That is all,you bunch of losers.....

Craig

What about Their a Weird Mob and Pubity Blues

It seems that some people dont grasp that these movies depict different periods and areas of Australian culture.
Sometimes a little to close and realistic for comfort.

Putting aside all the stuff about depicting different periods, which is the only reason they are worth watching, if you think these are the best movies to come out of Oz, I'd hate to see the one's you regard as crap

Stone was pretty hopeless.
Still need to see The FJ Holden.
Can't beat the Castle

Haven't seen FJ either ???
The Castle is great, and Stone? Well let's just say the acting was a bit wooden
Best part of Stone was the start where the dude looses his head and there's the pic of the wire with a bit of hair on it, all down hill after that, lol. We used to sit outside the Chullora drive in (now a $*#@ Woolworths or something!) and watch Stone without sound and it was no different which doesn't say much for what they were saying !!! Bro's on Z900's - don't think so.....................
Billy Connelly's "The Man who Sued God is another good one - shows just how shitty insurance companies are
Weird Mob was worth the money adding it to the collection too.
I'm with Cal -The movies represent time periods both depicted in the movie or what and where we were in life when they were released.

Yep I got that one years ago and it wastotally crap. You could tell it wasn't a true story because the EK broke down
in the end. :)

There was also another Aussie movie starring John Blake (an up and coming actor who was sadly paralized in a bike
accident on his way home from filming the ANZACS), where he had a souped up EJ. Cant remember the name of it tho.

I was watching the FJ movie before and noticed the white Monaro that drags deadlegs and the Fj at the brickes, is a Hk with a Hg front. Anyone know if brickies is still there and if the BAD871 Fj is still around? Also return home is another good aussie film, the young apprentice has a rough hr thats half complete and there is also a tough Fc in a few scenes

Don't know about the FJ, but Brickies is long gone. It's now part of the Olympic site at Homebush.

I think the road itself still exists though
