YES, while helping a mate yesterday (who knows nothing :wink: ) put his 600HP big block chev in his pontiac we were disscussing how much we hate doing this :roll: (playing with cars) he has 2 on the go and is always looking for more, i have 2 on the go and another waighting and keep looking for more :roll: :oops: it's a disease :shock: if we were sticking needles in our arms we could get gov assistance :?

good work stu 8) considering the state the body was in the doors seem reasonably good, haven't seen somebody useing a beaver in years :lol:

Hey Mick...yeah I know what you mean...if I wasn't working on the car I might be able to do some.....gardening!

Front doors were A-OK. Rears need work - the blasting found some suprises as usual. Somehow the pics I put up doesnt show the worst of it. Beaver worked a treat! :shock: :lol:

Hey Mick, my old man once painted a whole car with a Beaver . You'd be amazed how good those little things are :shock:

Sorry Stew :oops: But I guess you could be like the grey motor critics on here and put in a $50 Ebay red motor with buggered bores in it... much faster than a professionally built hotted up grey :wink: :lol: :lol: :lol:

I was joking - that's 8) The wagon was always going to be a 'sports'...theres a post somewhere on the forum a few back showing my triples setup - Ill have to try and find it...

here it is back in Oct 2007 - weird place for it I know...http://www.fbekholden.com/forum/viewtop ... 56&start=0 I've got a slightly different manifold know but still Speco. Will post up more pics when I get to the engine bits...can't wait! 8) :D

Those blasted panels look really solid.
How close is the rest of the body now???

Thanks for that Stilluted and Stanley.

The rust repairs on the body are all done but body work still to do. Next step is to seam seal it and paint the underside and floor. Then get front and rears back on. Still a long way to go…
