how the hell do i get the new ones in, i managed with all my might to grease one up and push it into the holder but omg no chance i can get other ones in, i stuck them in the freezer to try shrink em, i tried to push them in with a clamp... anyone can tell me the secret to getting them in easier?

i tried that too, i have the polyeurothane ones, they are really slippery

Could you cut a groove in the side on an angle (like a screw) and try and twist it in that way?

i got them in finally i sanded them with the sander on the grinder, they were till really hard to get in... got really sore wrist from trying to jam them in. but its done xD had to retap one of the bottom shocky mount holes after i had to drill out one of the old screws =\ gotta get a bolt to fit it tommorow now.
