I'd rather drive something made of metal, not plastic!
Re: hotrod custom
Very creative Mitch, Nice flow in the flames and body .
I also see that you have emphasised shape with solid lines ,its very cool.
and never advertise you are cheap
I think you got a customiser there Gazrat
teach him to weld and he will never look back .

Nice Mercury Custom, Mitch.
You have a lot of talent there (better than what I could do at 12 for sure!),
If you love drawing do yourself a favour and keep it up, don't let anyone tell you that it's a dead end thing to be interested in.
I've taught kids over many years at art-fests and cartooning schools and I'll tell you what I've told them (and their parents)..the main thing to improvement in your artwork is to firstly draw the subjects you are interested in & never feel that the odd artwork is not up to what you want, if you don't like a particular drawing you've made..don't screw it up and chuck it..put it aside and try again..this way you can compare the new artwork with the old, as you draw it pay attention to the area of the first you did'nt like...then you'll see that the new one is better because it made you pay more attention to detail in the area your first artwork lacked.
By doing this your skill is vastly improved, even if you do 20 artworks to get it to the drawing your happy with. ( I still use this method even now & I'm 49 year's old!
).
Secondly don't listen to the critics of your artwork..if they don't like it that's their problem! As long as you are happy with what you've drawn...that's all that matters. Art is a personal thing if you're happy doing it then you are doing it right.
Better artwork comes with experience, experience comes with practice & if the fun is in the practice then your on the right track.
If you need any pointers or questions, feel free to P.M. or e-mail me and I can help out.
Art is a fantastic past time and a great friend to have through life, it can take you away from the troubles outside and keep your sanity (maybe not so in my case!
).
More power to you Mitch!
..yours in pencil 'n' ink..
Scotty.
