Gday Stewart
If they were made in the 60's to suit a holden,
they could only be FJ/FX or, the ones you want. :?
FJ/FX have a much larger PCD, So I'd say, they will fit :D

They'd look great fully polished 8)

Cheers Jeff

I remember these for sale/auction on ebay and yes they were early Holden. I do remember something about a repair being needed?

They are a sweet retro wheel :D

PCD = Pitch Circle Diameter
The diameter of the imaginary circle
that the 5 holes are positioned on.

Measured from the centre of the holes.

Smooth,

You've got a good memory - they were on ebay a while back and didnt sell and yes they do need work. Seeing Thommos wheels at the Nats got me thinking about them again. I may see if they are still for sale.

Jeff - thanks for that.

Thanks Strogger,

Am waiting for the seller to measure the PCD and get back to me. I Wonder if your mate would be OK if I got them dropped at his place for enough to time to for me to work out how to get them to Sydney...???

My parents use to live in UKI and Mum still teaches in Murwillumbah. My brother lives at Lismore and does that run in his Ambulance often so I'm sure someone could pick 'em up for you.

I hope he knows what he is doing.
You cant just put a ruler between bolt holes on a 5 hole PCD,
You can on a 4 hole, because the holes are opposite each other.
It might be safer to measure from one hole to the next,
and the same on your car stewart.
As FJ/FX would be a lot different.

100% these rims are early Holden. I have seen images of these exact wheels on a car.

Thanks Smooth - will get back to you. OK Thommo I'll measure the EK and ask him to do same. Better to be safe than sorry.

Gotta run - the boss wondering when I'm planning to clean up after dinner, put the kids to bed...

Stewart
