Hi Stu, thanks for asking
Was great to meet you ever so briefly, but as you were aware we were on a mission. Would have been great to have a pic of the 2 fb's together in Winchelsea but could not afford the time. Got home on the 1 battery, but the last 150k's were with lights no better than torch lights, and at 50mph......... went as far as we could with parkers safely and then low beam. Not much fun when the skippys were "laughing at us as we crawled passed", thankfully they must have thought we were not fair game for them!!
The panelvan is at the electricians now!
Will catch up in 40 sleeps time in Narrandera.
kind regards
Lesley and Roger

Don't get cheap on us Rusty, you are loaded ... We appreciate you entering two cars :)

The Club can only afford to lose so much money Rust. It's a labour of love. No one gets paid for their time. :D Just smiling faces, good fun and lovely cars on the weekend.

26 sleeps ......and counting!!!!!!.
Panelvan serviced/polished / spares and tools loaded. Just us to get organized at last minute now.
Our little convoy of 3 cars (us, 2nd timers to nats Brian and Monica, and "converts in a ek wagon", Mike and Sue - 1st timers) from here leaving on the Wednesday for a stop at Echuca on Wednesday night (a visit to the holden museum is a must) Then a leisurely cruise to Narrandera on Thursday. Making it a "mini holiday".
Looking so forward to catching up again with everyone and having the normal great time.
kindest regards

True, when I was at high school you had a choice of playing rugby union.......................and that was it

Even though my school was about 90% ethnic

Gotta admit though, for a wog I'm not a big fan of soccer 8)
