Well it was a good day, I got there about 11 and after a short while headed to the food stands for bbq and a iced coffee chaser, perfect hangover cure! I was on the hunt for anything FB, and I found it. I bought a re-pro old Holden sign(same logo as whats on the back of the FB handbook) for $35, some really cool FB fridge magnets and a copy of Holden power from 1990 for $2. It features a maroon cououred EK called "the misfit". Then it was over to the show'n'shine where I saw a couple of people from these very forums. Man I wish I brought a camera there were some awesome cars there. Next year hopefully I will be in Yamba and will miss this little event but it was a lot of fun.

What would be really good,
is to attend the 2008 Nats
As a proper registered SA club 8)
with at least half a dozen cars entered.
things could take a sharp turn up, from there :D

How about it Lads!

Have a great holiday Dave & Karen 8)

Sounds good to me Thommo just need to find some cash so I can buy Dave's FB :D do a mini resto on it so it's looking it's best and head on over there.

I tell you what though it's going to be one hell of a road trip I looked it up last night and from my address (Parafiled Gardens) it's 1,951 k's  . Man I thought Forbes was a long way at 1,030 k's that equates to 21 hours and 12 mins driving if you don't stop, just one solid drive which we all know is impossible.

By the way congratulations Thommo for winning best sports FB, and making us South Aussie boys proud !!

Would also be really good to sit down and try to work out a plan for having the 2010 Nats here in South oz. I think being the 50th anniversary and having the Holden plant here it just has to happen and it would be criminal if it didn't.

From what I have read you have to come up with a plan then submit it to the comitte and hope they approve it. c'mon guys how sweet would that be, for S.A to finally get it's turn !!
