Hi
For oil I have just used Castrol manual transmission oil which from memory is around 70/90w. Seems to do the job ok.

For quantity doesn’t the workshop manual specify quantity or fill to within xx inches of fill point? Mind you your gearbox is unique.

Is your gearbox back in the and ready to ...

Hi,

That’s not good. Power Brakes in S.A have been around for ages, they would be worth a call / email. Have always had great service and rebuild old parts with stainless steel sleeve liners. I’m not sure where you are but they do postal.

G’day,

I don’t have experience with your model gearbox. There is some info here where a chap was having issues with his EJ gearbox after a rebuild, perhaps some pictures / info in this thread may assist you?
