Aiden, i understand that a drum rear end is "enough", BUT is it enough for you, your family and the family commin' towards you.. just consider this. For a few extra $$'s and some work make your project better than the bare min' ... just a thought go 4 wheel disc brake

Am really happy with the outcome it spent a week in the Acid Dip prior to the Tank Treatment being applied. the treatment has now sealed both sides of the upper part of the tank hence no moisture = no rust
I does look good, the panel shop guys suggested that IF i wanted to paint it thats how , i agree with you and am leaving it as is plus you wont see it anyway. The bottom isnt painted and wont be painted is as im keeping the van "as is" with its 48yo paint sceem.
