Trouble with spark. Can anyone help

Trying to get the grey fired but getting intermittent spark. New leads, new plugs, new points, changed distributors and condensers. Dissy and condensers old so will pick up new condenser today. New coil, changed back to the old one, still the same problem. I get a good spark then no spark then weak. What am i missing?
