Charity Show and Shine - Wollongong NSW - 26 June 2011

Post by fxfjholden.com »

South Coast Holden Owners Club is holding its annual charity car show on Sunday 26th June, 2011.

The show will be supporting life education and life without barriers.

It will be held at the Kembla Grange Racecourse, Princes Highway, Kembla Grange.

It is open to all makes and models.

Gates open at 8.30 am for the general public and the cost is $2.

Even if you don't enter a car, it would be great if you could stop by and check out the show.

Cheers

Jason

Just a reminder all this is on tomorrow. With the nice weather we have been having in Sydney, and the nice day planned tomorrow, it should be a good show.

Agree Thommo that Nomad was my favourite outside the humpys, I really liked the green color in that NOMAD and am really considering that color for my mod van.

You would have seen the FJ sedan near that Chevy was the former Rex Websters Hi Tech FJ now owned by Paul Beck.

It was a different show, compared to others not many old Holden's beside some FX and FJ's bugger all FB EK's a green EH that won a few trophies.

Anyway I hope you enjoyed the pics.

So is that 2 door FJ the one the Webster brothers built back in the 80's? Sure looks different.

They had a restored stocker FJ parked next to it. It's only when comparing the two that you notice how much work's gone into the 2 door.

There was a very nice modified green FB ute there too. I'll put some pics up of it soon.

Yes that is Rex Websters old FJ now owned by Paul Beck. I am going to do a write up about it for my site when I have time after talking to Paul today.
