I have an ek sedan with HR front end ,2 inch lowering stubs,14 inch rims and 205/70-14 tyres. Can i lower the front any more using lowering springs without running into any problems?

You can but it does depend on how much because too much and you're bound to run into some problems. Just check how low fully compressed the car will sit and what could potentially hit or fowl while turning/driving and you should be fine.
