Did a quick search but didn't find much - anyone got instructions for fitting flappers?

Here ya go: http://www.portawalls.com/inre.html They also recommend lightly sanding the outside edge of the flapper to round the edge and reduce any cutting in to the wall of the tyre. Cheers
