Box Noise Under Load

Hi guys,badly need some help from the Guru's out there. Just rebuilt the crash box in the FB. All new bearings, idler shafts, thrust washers etc. Marked all the gears & assembled box as original. Trouble is that I still have a whine in 1, 2 & 3 under load any ideas????? Thanks for any & all of your advise............POP.
