When I was building my FB, this place had many different types of trim clips. They might be helpful. They are in Bayswater Victoria, but they ship anywhere.

Mate you must have the patience of a saint, Bill. How long have you been there stuck on the roadside with a flat tyre now?
Come on people, at least lend him one!

Wow. I can't think of any other accessories you could get for your FB Craig.

Looks like I'm not the only one here guilty of the sin of having an EK special badge on my FB's glove box. "Now lets all just calm down here. Yes, a crime has been committed here, but surely there are no real victims here..." -that's the statement I've prepared in case the police come to d...

Re: Grecian White/Apache Red 225

Hi Craig.
Re the rear main; I can well appreciate the effort involved with getting this right. I can and do appreciate the effort you must have taken with the 186 you sold me. 6000 k's along and not even the hint of a drop from back there. PS that motor is running like a champ!

It's a shame those eyebrow sections had to rust up after so much effort repairing them. Took me ages to tig in my repair section, so much messing around cutting and aligning before carefully welding, checking and welding some more.. Looks like you've got a good project as a starting point. The rebui...

I think it looks super. I must agree with Trev on the sad face look. Please don't be offended, but the grille made me think of the electric car on the Simpsons episode where they visit the "world of tomorrow".
Like I said. No offence. :)

Re: is a ek boot lid the same as a fc

My FB has an FE Boot Lid. There were holes along the bottom from the original stainless trim. It fits just fine.

Vic roads are the people to talk to. I went through some grief when registering my FB last year, fronted up with all the paperwork, RWC and engineers certificate only to find that the 202 blacky I spent a lot of time and money on was hot- and not in a good way. Upon purchasing a replacement short mo...

Hey Fingers. May I suggest, when you get your grey up and running again, you test it out at at appropriate time. We all know an engine runs best when the air/fuel charge is cool and dense. also cooler air means more fuel remains a liquid until its lit up just before top dead centre. That considered,...

Same here. Two legs from the outer edge of the tray descending at a slight inward angle and attached to the flat sheet metal of the inner panel. Fixed in place with m5 nuts and bolts, and some seam sealer around the outside of the spreader plate. Solid as a rock. When putting the battery in the boot...
