Hi Guy's,
Does anyone know if a Panel van or well body ute chassis is the same length as a one ton chassis and can it replace the one ton chassis? I know the one ton chassis is different on the side just behind the cab.

Im pretty sure theres 6 inches off the length for utes and vans .

Harko is right - a tonner chassis is definately longer than a ute/van chassis

A few years ago i built a hq tonner on a hq ute chassis and dam it looked short, there about 12 inches shorter.

114" for the ute/panno and 120" for the tonner chassis
