Almost 2 years to the day of trouble free motoring, and the boss tells me she took of from the lights today and it made a clunk in first gear

. I had a bit of trouble getting decent gears etc for this box and i don't have the time/mood to rebuild it, so if someone has a servicable grey 3 speed i would be very interested
Thanks Ben

All sorted. Bought a 'lucky dip' gearbox from the wreckers, and it drives, sounds, changes good

some parts can be a bit pricey but he's a great guy always willing to give advice.
He only takes in parts of good quality which I have witnessed first hand. I needed to replace a torque converter and I got it for free cos he didnt know what condition it was in!
Next time you go in ask to check out the EK's he is doing, chopped 2 door pillarless

Maybe, maybe not who cares

My car was only of the road a day thanks to a local business who wrecks old holdens. If you look around there's not many old holden wreckers left these days
