Dave.I'm not an expert on Id's.I have a few FB EK's needing ID's decoded myself. The 15167-S subframe indicates a Sydney built subframe.What are the other codes on the body ID plate on the passenger firewall?.If the body ID number ends with "S" as well this would confirm a Sydney built body.You have an FB Special Sedan (FB 225) but you probably already know this.
Month? 15167th Sydney built subframe.........maybe Feb/March 1960?
Not sure of monthly production run figures though.
Like I said, I'm definately no body ID expert and am willing to be corrected by a better expert.
