G'Day all...
Well here's where I'll start sending the odd happy snap of what (I hope) I'll do to the sedan in the next year ready for the 2010 Nats.
Firstly if you think you're going to see a build like V8EK4us's you may as well check Gary's pages out instead

. This is a basic backyard job over the year tidying up what is basically a fair condition car.
All I have in mind is a respray/ rust repair and a few custom bits added to make the old girl shine again.
This is a shot of the EK I took today after a wash and a quick run down to the beach at Bawley Point (close to home).
I have an artwork of roughly what I have in mind somewhere and I'll stick it up soon.

Cool, be good to see how you improve on an already sweet ride.

I'll sure be watching. I'm looking at doing the same thing to mine.
I have no choice, after the horrendous quotes I've been getting for a full respray

I have a fair amount of small dents all over it, plus very minor rust in a few spots
Between 8 and 10 grand........... fix the above, and paint outside only.
And thats on the proviso they don't find any more rust

Gee Scotty, Thats a huge change on the upper rear door setup to back window, along with the deletion of the grill and fabricating a full metal surround.
Looks like a bitof cut shut........
I like your web ideas
We'll have to call you Spideysputz.
If you need a hand let me know.

Whoops! Caught out on the rear door bit

I'm actually leaving that bit as standard (this is what happens when you rush an artwork!

). But the rest will be fun to do

and thanks for the offer for a hand John (that makes two blokes that said they'd lend a hand if needed..& and they're related..sort of..

). But I'm gonna have a go at the fabricating myself..I like being an owner/builder.
