2006 Albury Nationals

Post by reidy »

Thanks for being patient everyone, but we have just finished our 7th Victorian All Holden Day.

We have booked a number of accomodation options at the Lake Hume Resort, Riverina Highway N.S.W. which is located of course on the foreshore of Lake Hume just out of Albury.
The Resort offers motel units, fully self contained cottages, studio spa suites, and three bedroom appartments. Facilities include, in ground pool and spa, day/night tennis court, mini golf, table tennis and volleyball.

Saturdays itinerary includes a BBQ breakfast and registration before a leisurley cruise down to beautiful Beechworth which offers antique shops, eateries and other tourist attractions.
After this it's time to head back to the Resort to relax before dinner, which will be held at the Resort to enable everyone to let their hair down without the worry of having to drive.

Sunday and it's up and wash the cars before heading off to the Ettamogah Pub for the Show and shine. In the evening the presentation dinner will be held at the Commercial Club in Albury.

When you book accomadation at the Hume Resort, be sure to mention you are attending the FB-EK Holden Car Club function so as not to miss out on rooms. Bookings for the Resort can be made on (02)6026 4444

This is a brief outline of the arrangements that have been made so far and information packs and entry forms will be sent out soon.

Hope to see you all there for a great 2006 Nationals.
