The Victorian hot rod show is on this Australia Day weekend at the Exhibition Building in Carlton. Should have some pretty cool stuff.

Unless it has a twin - the EH Wagon is Alex Garrard's. It was around in the early 80's and used to win a lot of shows. We spotted it out the front on the weekend too - it still looked in really good nick for it's age. John Peterson also had his mid 80's built tunnel-rammed & nitrous driven cream Mk III Zephyr out the front on Saturday. Had a chat with John and mentioned that thoughts had been turning to some of the old cars lately - he'd tried to unsuccessfully buy back his black Mk III a couple of years ago. He told me that Alex Grambau (EH) and Alan Hale (FC) both still had their cars but Lindsay Gunston had sold his FC a long time ago.
